How it works
Query strings are the ? part of a URL. Keys and values are application/x-www-form-urlencoded (spaces as + or %20).
This tool uses the browser URL and URLSearchParams APIs so encoding matches what your browser does. Repeated keys become multiple rows.
If the input has no scheme, a temporary https://_ base is used only for parsing — not sent anywhere.
Examples
https://api.example.com/v1?limit=10&sort=name ?q=hello%20world&lang=en # repeated keys ?tag=a&tag=b
FAQ
Hash (#fragment)? Fragments are not query params. This tool ignores #… when building the query.
Plus vs %20? URLSearchParams treats + as space when parsing form-style queries.
Empty values? Allowed: flag= keeps an empty string value.
Arrays? No special nested array syntax — repeat the key or use your API’s own convention.
Uploaded? No.
